d5 Criminal Specialty
1 Drop-offs. While you don't like letting others see your face, you're still very much active in the in-person selling of supplies.
2 Hands-on. You like to meet your clientele face-to-face, it helps you familiarize yourself with them, and spreads your reputation ever further.
3 From the Shadows. You don't like making the deals in person. It draws too much attention, and you don't anyone to see your face.
4 With Backup. You know that if someone is willing to make a shady deal with the likes of you, you shouldn't try to make that kind of deal alone.
5 All over. there's enough being transported and sold for you to make every single deal. So it is rare for someone to ever make a deal with you personally.

Feature: Criminal Contact

You have a reliable and trustworthy contact who acts as your liaison to a network of other dealers. You know how to get messages and supplies to and from your contact, even over great distances; specifically, you know the local messengers, corrupt caravan masters, and seedy sailors who can deliver messages or weapons for you. Any weapons or equipment you gain from this feature can be obtained for half of the standard price.

As your skill as an adventurer grows, so does your ability to get more elusive equipment. Upon reaching 5th level, you are able to obtain uncommon magic items using this feature. At 8th, this grows to include rare magic items. 13th level, Very Rare magic items. 16th level, Legendary magic items. By 20th level, you can obtain Artifact level magic items using this feature.

Additionally, most organized criminals know who you are, and see your business as useful. They will protect you from the law or anyone else hunting you, even hiding you or letting others get arrested. However, they will not necessarily be willing to die for you.
