i an diffrent builder i use there is an Oath called of of the Forebarer, but i cannot find it her on dndbeyond it is apperently from the book Eberron Heroes of the planes but i can*t find it.
Heroes of the Planes is a product available on DMsGuild and is not an official WotC 5e book. That means you won't find any of the subclasses available in the Marketplace. DMsGuild material is governed under DDB under its rules for "Third party" producers of 5e content, like Kobold Press, Hit Point Press, Monte Cook games etc. What that means is under present policy you'll never see that content available officially on DDB. What you can do is homebrew* it into your account, but you can't publish it. I'm not sure if you need a subscription tier to share the homebrew in your campaigns, but you'll at minimum be able to build someone per that Oath for your own use.
*There are some homebrew content that really resists the homebrew system or the homebrew system is resistant to accomodating some third party features, there's a very robust Homebrew community in the Homebrew subforum where you'll find many folks happy to tutor your through the tools and troubleshoot your work.
tl:dr: it's not on DDB, but you can make one on DDB if you're willing to put a little work into it.
