Way Of The Ebb And Flow Image

the way of the ebb and flow focuses on using the opponents momentum to offset them and counter them and if mastered you can enter the state of ebb and flow.


 

-you can no longer use the step of wind ability 

-your armor class is your monk level plus a d20


ebb -   

you can expend one ki point to do three things

-use the momentum of the opponents attack to sling them 15 feet back the way they came. if they hit a wall before they goes 15 feet they must succeed a DEX 15 check or take 2d6+1 bludgeoning damage.

-use the momentum of your attacker to slam them to the ground leaving them stunned until they're next turn 

-take the momentum of your attacker to use one flurry of blows for the cost of an additional ki point  

Flow

after you hit 1/3 of you maximum hit points You can enter a state of pure ebb and flow all melee attacks are redirected back at the attacker. in this state you are unable to move and cannot communicate since you are concentrating on the redirection of attacks that come your way. you stay in this state for 20 minutes and can only enter it once every long rest and after you exit you fall unconscious and don't wake up unless healed or until your next turn
