With armor welded and nailed into your skin, the pain is constantly unbearable, causing the following debenefits.

Clumsy. You have disadvantage on Dexterity(Sleight of Hand) checks and Dexterity(Acrobatics) checks. And you have disadvantage on all attack rolls that use dexterity.

Constant Pain. You are always bitter to others due to, well, the pain. You have disadvantage on all Charisma(Performance) checks and Charisma(Persuasion) checks. And the pain makes it difficult to focus on anything; your passive perception decreases by an amount equal to your proficiency bonus.

Permanent Mold. The armor is welded to your skin, and due to such, magic sees the armor as part of your skin. Losing a limb and regenerating it, creates the armor with it. You cannot wear any armor aside from the one welded to your skin; the armor can't be removed by anything outside of a Wish spell. Trying to forcefully remove the armor, tears off that section of your skin and arteries, (Ex; a chestplate would tear off the skin of your chest, and the nails would open the wounds in your organs) for each peice removed you take a number of damage depending on the peice torn off. To tear off a peice it takes a DC 25 Strength(Athletics) check.
Arm: 6d8 Force Damage.
Chestpeice: 10d10 Force damage
Hand: 4d4 Force Damage.
Legs: 8d8 Force Damage
Feet: 5d4 Force Damage
Helmet: 12d12 Force Damage.
This damage ignores immunities and resistances.
