Posted Apr 24, 2024This is amazing, and beautiful, and deserves love and respect. Superpoker6d9 is a legend, saw what their players wanted to do, and made that something that they could do throughout the course of the campaign. This DM is someone we should all as fellow DMs should strive to be like: a DM who has fun when their players have fun.

Posted Apr 25, 2024My friends and I are going to do a very chaotic one-shot where we all build around random D&DBeyond homebrew and this is exactly the gimmick that I'm building around lol

Posted May 5, 2024This is a really awesome feat, but you could balance it out by making the second to last bullet point a 19th level feature instead of a 7th level feature.

2. I REALLY like the idea of the cantrip, and it's ok if this works in your campain, nevertheless, a more balanced version would be making it exclusive to wizards, removing the ASI, the 7th level feature and limiting the BA cantrip to just one (that you can change during a Long Rest of course). I really like the idea!!!

Posted Jul 29, 2024You can cast 2 spells using your action and bonus action as long as one of them is a cantrip(e.g misty step + fire bolt). With an eldritch knight or multiclass wizard/fighter you can now cast fireball normally, bonus action cast fireball as a cantrip, then action surge cast fireball again. Triple fireball
