I live in Florida. So we are, of course, getting prepared for the worst. Luckily, I'm far enough inland that the worst shouldn't be all that bad if the current track stays true. Gainesville is on "high ground" if central Florida really any has high ground at all (lol).
My gaming group consists of fellow co-workers. And since most of us are transplants from elsewhere, I figured we could ride out what portion of the storm we're getting together in style. Since we are closing our store for the storm, we're going to have a massive D&D marathon at my place. The only thing I have left to do is print out everyones character sheets in case the power goes out.
Anyway, to everyone else out there in Florida: Stay safe, and if you decide to ride it out DO NOT RIDE IT OUT ALONE!

Welcome to the Grand Illusion, come on in and see what's happening, pay the price, get your ticket for the show....
For anyone wondering "All is well" as the Burgomaster would say. We played 2 days in a row before the storm actually moved in on us enough to shut us down. We had a blast. And our area is mostly unmolested. There was a little localized flooding and a few downed trees, but the streets were cleared and power restored fairly quickly. So we've been pretty much business as usual for the past couple of days.

Are any of you guys still playing, or LFG ?
Considering that that was was in 2017, I'd say no.
