They say all families are equally happy and unhappy in their own way. This is the trouble that touched my family. When I got married, I could not even think that I would be so unhappy and broken.
But before, everything was cool, every weekend we got together with friends to play D&D, discussed Lore, sewed costumes, and arranged themed photo shoots. My husband (Elf Druid) is a positive person in every sense, works, very family and loves children.
But the last two months he seemed to be replaced. He became irritable and nervous, constantly picking the fight with me and the children. I still could not understand what was happening. It turned out that he began to play slots, and for large sums. The moment I caught him playing, he had just made a $ 350 deposit at the casino. I threw a tantrum, asked him to stop. My husband heard me, we calmed down and talked, he vowed not to play anymore.
The question arose how to withdraw these 350 dollars back. The essence of the problem lies in the withdrawal. When submitting an application for withdrawal, we were asked to provide documents in electronic form. After we provided them, we were told that our application would be processed in about three days, since the amount is large.
As a result, after these very three days, we find out that in addition to the main package of documents, you also need to provide a photo of your credit card. Here we have already suspected that something was wrong. Well, if it is needed, we sent it.
Three more days have passed, and we received an email of apology from the casino that there was a technical error on the server, they ask us to wait a few more days. Today, a week has already passed since we received the email.
We are already desperate. The name of this garbage dump is Ruby Fortune, has anyone encountered a similar situation? And another question, does anyone have any experience in helping a person with a gambling addiction? How to behave yourself? How to help if he fails again ...
My husband lost more than $ 1,500 in this casino in a month, and they ignore us and bully us.
I could understand the situation if my husband suddenly won big there, but he lost big….
Gambling addiction's a serious problem and will probably need professional help if he cannot curb it himself.
He needs to delete all the apps and such relating to it on his phone as a minimum, so he's not tempted to "just quickly do some slots". You could consider talking to him about putting a firewall on your computers to block the sites, but definitely talk to him first. I'd feel very offended if I had pledged to change and then found my partner putting a firewall on my computer behind my back.
Good luck getting the deposit back, and I hope that thigs turn around for you both!
If I were you, I would leave a complaint on a specialized resource https://rubyfortunereviews.com/ Whatever the casino is, but reputation is their everything, I think these guys will help you speed up the withdrawal.
