We can start now. Let the lore begin…

You both wake up on the Destiny Islands, which appear to be deserted. Several wooden structures jut out from the mountain, and a dock leads out to two wooden boats tied to the docks. You don’t recognize each other.

Dumbo hefts his 8ft, 450lb frame from the ground, looking around in desperation and grabbing his "magic feather" from the ground, gently turning it in his trunk. Seeing the strange figure before him, he turns to his familiar, a small mouse in a ringmasters jacket and says "What do we have here Timothy?"

Flicking his eyes across the form, he visualises the arcane sigils needed and extending his mind towards the stranger, he casts Detect Thoughts to see if he can pick up some sense of this creature.

"Well, this isn't the Nightmare Realm. I'm still alive!" The yellow triangle blinks his one eye once, quickly turning to the elephant. When he speaks, it sounds like a chorus of screaming children are speaking with him. "I take it you're the sack of skin they call Dumbo? I'm Bill Cipher. You may know me from a lot of things, the back of the dollar bill, stained glass windows in churches, the all knowing eye of god."

When you try to read his mind, the chaos you hear is deafening, an unintelligible blistering of sound. (He passed the DC Save)

"Any idea where we are? Brinf all-knowing and all" he replies, with some degree of cynicism. He twirls one hand slightly nervously, a small ball of pink energy oscillating on the surface of his palm. He place Timothy on his shoulder with his other hand, his trunk never releasing its grip on his feather.

"Good ole Destiny Islands!" Bill pauses. "Hm, that's weird. I don't know anything else about this place. I mean it's no Gravity Falls or Nightmare Realm, that's for sure." He cackles harshly. "Well kid, looks like it's just you, me, and that weird rat thing on your shoulder."

Soon, a blonde boy walks out of one of the caves, swinging a wooden sword. He heads off in the direction of the docks.

Simba hums a catchy tune, occasionally letting out a word like “Hakuna Matadada”. He makes his way to the dock. 

What level should I make Simba? 

(As I told everyone else, kind of level him according to how he was in the movies. I’d say maybe Level 11ish.)

Dumbo will redirect his Detect Thoughts towards the boy, only looking for surface thoughts, not probing.

He turns to Bill, "Follow the kid?" 

Dumbo reds thoughts of adventure and searching for something more.
