I'm pretty shocked at this point, but I placed an order on November 18th, I was billed, its paid and cleared, I have a confirmed order email and everything.
My items I paid for, have been in stores for many weeks if not months now, but my order hasn't shipped. (no pre-orders holding it up either)
I have sent emails but no one even replies. I cant find a phone number, and at this point I'm wondering if there is some kind of fraud going on as I approach one month of silence next Friday. This is beyond horrible customer support. Does anyone have or know an email address other than help@dndmini.com which apparently isn't working.
