The Hammer has some incredible powers, which makes it attractive to all adventurers. Anyone using the Hammer/Dice Tower charms all creatures within a 5-foot radius once a day. The user gains advantage on attack and ability rolls, while all other creatures within a 5ft radius stand in awe when the item is used. They get disadvantage on attack and ability rolls for 1 round (DC15 negates this effect). Using the item is a Bonus Action
