Sorry if this has been asked. Can lightning lure be used on a creature that is already 5 ft near you?

Hi Adventurer,

You absolutley can. Lightning Lure states:

You create a lash of lightning energy that strikes at one creature of your choice that you can see within 15 feet of you.

This means that any target of your choice within that 15 feet is fine, which includes within 5 ft.
