I can move 30 ft., give the [Tooltip Not Found] a Potion of Healing and command it to go and stuff that thing in the throat of the fallen barbarian 30 more ft. away.
Additional Questions
Do I have to waste my action in order to give the bottle to the [Tooltip Not Found] or would it be RAW possible for the [Tooltip Not Found] to grab the bottle that's dangling from the side of my backpack, fly over and heal the barbarian while I use my action to Cure Wounds the fallen cleric next to me?
Could my [Tooltip Not Found] have an own Potion of Healing attached somewhere to quickly administer?

As long as your DM allows others to administer potions to others (DMG pg 139ish) it seems legit. Latter on you could just have your homunculus use the SSI(cure wounds) to similar effect.
The big hang up is it's a common ruling that you can't administer a potion to someone who isn't knocked out.
That's why I'm talking about the "fallen barbarian". But my DM also allows to administer a potion to others, no matter if they are knocked out or standing tall
