I assume that there are two because of the fact you CAN use Intelligence for the gauntlet attacks
The first one listed is the one that uses Intelligence, and the second is the one that uses Strength
So, no, you cannot make a second attack until you get Extra Attack at 5th level

Hey, It's me, RaccoonMaster! I'm back! I disappeared for a while there, and I'm very sporadic when I'm online lol.
I'm an actor, writer, singer (opera, musical theatre, and rock are my preferred genres), backpacker, and tall person (6'5 and counting). Pronouns are whatever, I mostly use They/Them though.
My Characters: Elsenia Selevarum:The Popular Paladin, Aasimar Noble, Level 2 Paladin of Conquest;
Check out my EXTENDEDSIGNATUR (hasn't been updated in forever, fyi)
Raccoon_Master answer is right, I just want to add: There is a ongoing discussion if you can Dual Wield the Thunder Gauntlets with the "dual wielder" Feat, if yo you could get that feat and have a bonus action attack earlyer than lvl 5.
But please don't go into the discussion if that is applicable or not.
also unrelated. But if you want a bonus action usage. Then homunculus with Magic Stone cantrip combo is potent. (make 3 shots, hand them to homculusu who flies around firing them in the sky while you uppercut enemies)

So the character sheet has two Guardian Armor: Thunder Gauntlets.
One is +5 (which I assume is +2 Proficiency) and then the +3 Int bonus. The other strictly says it's based off STR.
So why is there two mentioned? Is it one fist is one set the other fist goes off the other stat?
And does that mean that an Artificer can try to hit twice? (Second swing as a bonus action?)
Guardian Armor: Thunder Gauntlets Melee Attack 5ft. Reach +5 1d8+3
Guardian Armor: Thunder Gauntlets (STR) Melee Attack 5ft. Reach +2 1d8
