For me it’s Vortex Warp. I love being able to plop my allies wherever they need to be on the battlefield, like getting my squishy casters out of danger or placing my heavy martial hitters right into the middle of the actions to wreck things up.

My battle smith would probably go with Enlarge/Reduce -- usually upsizing the Barbarian or the Steel Defender, depending on the situation.
