What items if any do you think would be good for a Homunculus Servant. I am thinking (confriming with DM if it can) of trying to get a ring of spell storing and a cloak of protection. (loot that is not yet claimed by party and may be sold off.)
What do you all think may be good items to try to get for him.

Look at your Subclass spell list. Battlesmith gets Conjure Barrage, Hypnotic Pattern for Armorer, and Artillerist gets Fireball. That's a minimum of 6 Castings per day with Standard Array/Background of 16 INT. You can also use Fly, Haste, Revivify, Vortex Warp, Web, and Dispel Magic in the base spell list.
