I'm not sure if AL has setting restrictions on books (did they let you use GGtR?). If they don't, then as long as ERftLW is your +1 book, there shouldn't be a problem.
Those bits are "region" locked. They can only be played in adventures set in their respective worlds. This makes sense for the races, but irks me on the artificer class since Wizards goes out of it's way in the book to state that there are artificers in all realms.
As an update to this, the "Oracle of War" storyline takes place in Eberron, and artificer is legal for its characters (though Xanathar/Volo/etc. sources are not):
So, I like the artificer class but, I don’t know if I can play it in adventures league?

No Artificers are not AL legal.
Can you quote the rule saying so for reference?
The Adventurer's League player's guide actually specifies a list of sources that the +1 can be:
Currently, RFtLW is not on the list.
Thank you very much. (I noticed GGtR also is not there which was also a question I had).
