I have a question. I just bought the artificer class and subclasses, but nothing else from this book. I am building an artificer and can not add the artificer infusion items to my inventory, like you could when they were unearthed arcana. So do I need to buy the items from this book as well, or is this a bug? ( I am trying to add the enhanced arcane focus and I can't find it or add it.)

There is an Infusion section of the Equipment tab on the character sheet. You will find the new UI for them there.
