If you're looking for some specific reference in Xanathar's Guide to Everything to artificers, I don't think that exists. I think this is more of "If you have this book, there are some more fun items you can replicate." However, in terms of mechanically on DnDBeyond, you can do this. If you have both artificer and Xanathar's Guide, then you will see a lot more items available with the "Replicate Magic Item" infusion.
As a note, I'm going to post an excerpt about the magic items in Xanathar's Guide: "These items seldom increase a character's power, but they are likely to amuse players and provide fun roleplaying opportunities." The Xanathar magic items aren't mechanically powerful but they can still be helpful/fun. You need to decide if one of these items are worth an infusion slot (which is entirely measured on a campaign to campaign basis).
From the "Replicate Magic Item" infusion in the Artificer class description:
"
Replicate Magic Item
Using this infusion, you replicate a particular magic item. You can learn this infusion multiple times; each time you do so, choose a magic item that you can make with it, picking from the Replicable Items tables below. A table’s title tells you the level you must be in the class to choose an item from the table.
In the tables, an item’s entry tells you whether the item requires attunement. See the item’s description in the Dungeon Master’s Guide for more information about it, including the type of object required for its making.
If you have Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, you can choose from among the common magic items in that book when you pick a magic item you can replicate with this infusion."
