I think you have to upload the image to a file hosting service (like imgur.com), then use the image link with 'insert image'.

Ah too bad, I would have though it could be hosted from Inkarnate's cloud, using that url...? Too bad I suppose.

Oh, I wasn't aware that it is in the cloud.
Does it give you an image file output (jpg/png/gif)? Those, you should be able to link here with the image tool.
Some hosting platforms don't allow hotlinks (just the picture without a 'landing site'), if you have the link with the image file, try it out in an 'incognito' or 'private' tab. If you can see the picture then, it ought to also work here.
