Sloooowly working on my world of Telluria, this map is about 2 thirds of the round planet, there is one more super continent on the other side of the planet...beyond the West or East Tura Ocean Expanse.
Rough...and I mean still a huge work in progress world.
Some details/lore for yas:
Continents:
Telluria - main continent
Human/Half Elf/Halfling/Gnome - main races spread throughout the lands
Elf - they are secluded to a couple forests and regions of their choice (reasoning to be TBA)
Drow - small numbers to the far north east, on the dreaded Red Coast
Dwarfs - can be found sparcley in villages and towns, tend to stick to their mining or industrial areas (often found with Gnomes)
Dragonborn - sparse populations in cities in villages...their time of reign was 10000+ years ago...
Tiefling - sparse populations
Goliath - wandering the central plains and northern mountains
Genasi - very rare, pop up in the strangest places...
Firbolg - sparse populations in the woods throughout the lands, some tribes may have settled in villages/cities
Tabaxi - rare in these lands, usually wondering in family bands relic seeking...can run into them almost anywhere when out and about...
Tortle - rare outside of the coasts and islands
Half Orc - mixing was once much more prevalent, the Orcish invasions are centuries past, thus Half Orcs are rare now, but still found throughout the lands...they are relatively accepted in most places...some dominantly elvish or dwarvish areas may not be as nice to them...
Orc - wandering the central plains and northern mountains...some northern coast settlements/cities from invasions of the past...
Goblin/Hobgoblin/Kobold - found as you would think they would be...clans, tribal, caves, hidden, raiding parties all over the place...of course!
Lizard Folk - small tribes down south within the thick forests of the Emerald Mountains.
Yuan-ti Pureblood - rare as rare can be...their empire was so old it is a myth even to the Yaun-ti...maybe some down in the Emerald Mountains...
Triton - who knows...maybe there are down in the oceans somewhere?
Leonin - not on this continent...
Satyr - relegated to the planes...maybe one or two of them skipping around in the Thick Elvis Forest of the North East...
Arakocra - extinct...a myth from the past...a history entwined with the fall of the Dragonborn...
Kenku - do not exist...in these lands at least
Changeling/Kalashtar/shifter/Warforged - do not exist...in these lands at least
Gith - still battling it out in the planes, never seen outside of the planes...
Centaur/Loxodon/Minotaur/Simic Hybrid/Vedalken/Verdan - do not exist...in these lands at least
Grung/Locathah - do not exist...in these lands at least
Helcë Lands
Human/Half Elf/Gnome/Half-Orcs - sparse populations...few south coastal trading cities...
Dwarf - some Mountain Ice Dwarfs within the mountains
Goliaths - some settled on the south coasts, near humans...larger tribes wandering the lands
Orcs - these lands were once more temperate, and also "larger"...origins of three of the 6 types of the Orc linages...(blue, grey, green variations of skin)
Goblin/Hobgoblin/Kobold - found as you would think they would be...but HARDIER...clans, tribal, caves, hidden, raiding parties all over the place...of course!
Shattered Lands
Mythical creatures, very unexplored and untravelled due to weird events/stories...sort of a Bermuda Triangle place...
Asundered Lands
According to peoples of the Telluria Continent...that is over-there, that place, elsewhere...dangerous...(higher level area warning heheh)
Human/Half Elf/Gnome/Dwarf/Elf - sparse here...villages and cities spread throughout the central lands (desert keeps some cities safe) and north west of the dark forests
Drow - a few above ground twilight imbued cities in the Dread Lands and northern Dark Forests...
Half-Orcs - more separated from Orcs here, Orcs here may hunt them down...
Orcs - home of the larger more ferocious three linages (Brown, Red, Sandy/Yellow skin variations here)
Dragonborn - their home lands 10000+ years ago. Here normal Dragonborn can be found amongst human settlements or some sparse Dragonborn dominated settlements in old Draconic ruins can be found...these Dragonborn are usually a little bigger with dominating traits carried over from their more war like and larger ancestors...
Tiefling - sparse populations...but, in the Dread Lands and far south volcanic lands...Feral Tieflings can be found...
Goblin/Hobgoblin/Kobold - VERY TOUGH versions can found as you would think they would be...clans, tribal, caves, hidden, raiding parties all over the place...of course!
Goliath - very rare here...would prob be an old adventurer settled in a human city...
Genasi - very rare, pop up in the strangest places...
Firbolg - very rare here...would prob be an old adventurer settled in a human city...
Tabaxi - can find more here than in Telluria, some clan/family bands settled in the deserts or southern plains and hills, with some in the southern jungles, still more found usually wondering in family bands relic seeking...can run into them almost anywhere when out and about...
Tortle - very rare outside of the coasts and islands
Leonin - found in small populations in the deserts and central lands, with a couple very regal cities on the desert's far east coast.
Lizard Folk - large tribes down south within the thick jungles...in ancient ruins...
Yuan-ti Pureblood - rare as rare can be...their empire was so old it is a myth even to the Yaun-ti...maybe some down in jungles with Lizardfolk...

This looks awesome so far! Hope you'll share the finished version.

Thanks. I have a few things to add to it. Next I will make area and zoomed in maps. Those will have the cities and all the roads and features etc.
