I have an amazing art design for a character in my head yet sadly i have no artistic talent and most character design apps dont give me what i need. But i do have some reference material and can give some descriptions if possible for someone to either find art as close to what i am looking for or would be willing to draw it up that would be greatly appreciated.

So the frayed and torn bottoms on the smallest image are a must then the top and helmet of the second to largest image will make up the most of the outfit and finally the overall look and color from the largest image and a hat of similar look would work to 

theres smaller details that i wont get into for now but i really hope to get some help with this

This idea looked fun so I am taking a run at it.

Step One: A very rough sketch for overall aesthetic and pose…this is a VERY loose sketch, please don’t tell me how terrible it looks, I know.

Step Two: I need some first thoughts and direction going forward. Pose? Body shape? General look? 

I do not do colors so start looking for someone to do that bit
