Wow that's awesome! I'm looking to do something similar. Would you happen to have the file you used available for sharing or purchase?
Thanks!

Hiya!
I'm pretty new to D&D, 5e is my first rule setting. I'm loving everything about the game. I've played in ~8 games and currently DM'ing my first campaign! It's homebrew and in hindsight, I probably should have started running a premade module, but it's a blast none the less!
I made the cut pattern from scratch in the Cricut Design Space. I don't think there's an export option to a file, but I can check if I can share the project.
You'd need access to the Cricut Design Space, though, in that case.
I spent some time on my Cricut and made this version of the Instant-Fortress from cardstock
complete with two floors
and it folds flat for easy transport

Here is the link to the project: https://design.cricut.com/#/design/158963553
I used 110 lb heavy cardstock (199 g/m2) that I had printed a distressed steel texture on.
It's missing a door, but we used an acrylic door marker for that in the last game, and I also didn't include the hatch.
I'm thinking about making a paper door and hatch marker, though ;)

THIS IS SO RAD! My son is new to D&D and I have a Cricut. I will be working on this for him!
:D
I hope that link still works, let me know if it doesn't
