He has an old wagon with coloured covering, (just a typical covered wagon, but a little smaller) pulled by a 'large' pony/'small' horse, just about every instrument, costume, and prop imaginable.

I like that a lot! If I may, I think the forehead is pretty darn big, and he kinda looks too much like a soldier.

You may! All good feedback. I fear that the martial feel may be due to how sleek and streamlined his clothes are; I am reluctant to dump them for a new set, though.
