I am currently playing in a campaign with my son! He is playing a Warforged Juggernaut Samurai.

Here are some pics of his mini I have done for him.

Started with this mini  for  reaper bones

Then I did some alterations.

Finally I painted it.

I would like some of your thoughts on the character builds and figures

I will be posting my first character for the current campaign as she had a mortality check, she died by was resurrected, she had some unresolved issues with her parents so left the party, temporary to return home as resolve these.

Nice work! What kind of glue did you use for the bendy bones plastic? Basic superglue?

Also what model did the samurai sword come from?

I have been relaxing painting some miniatures...

Yeah just basic superglue from memory.

The swords comes from as one of these 

I cut it down as the blade of the Katana on waist is also made from the one sword.

This is making me really miss being able to play with proper minis and a map (we're stuck playing online, as many are). I love the customization you've done to these... I occasionally find minis that are almost perfect for what I want... it could be fun to get more into customizing.

Great kit-bashes! I too tend to change bits and pieces around and always enjoy seeing other people's work. As your minis show, a simple modification like changing a weapon can add a lot of character.
