Correct me if I'm wrong, but both the Berserker and the Totem Warrior should be available. But, for some reason, I'm only able to select the Berserker. Is this a glitch, or am I missing something.

Only the Berserker is free. The rest of the paths must be unlocked with a purchase from the Marketplace.
So even if our DM has shared the PHB, XGE, Volo's, and Sword Coast we don't have any of those options? Should've known they'd want more money.

This information was not given in the original post. If your DM has the digital books and the sharing enabled, you should have those options.
That said, you have those options only if are creating a character from the campaign slot.
