Have Barbarians been sent back for remedial education? This popped up today on a new character, even with all Sources turned off, and after I select a Primal Path (but regardless of the Path). It lets me select a 3rd barbarian skill, and again at 10th level.
yeah there was also a new 'feature' seems turned on for some people with storm herald barbarian that is supposedly from Tasha's...even if people didnt buy tasha's....new errata maybe...confusing.

Checked a existing Barbarian from weeks back, also has the skill options now showing. I did pre-order Tasha's, maybe someone set a date incorrectly?
