The College of Jest: A bardic college for court jesters and standup comedians
3rd level: Cutting Words, like from the College of Lore Unflattering Parody (new feature): When an apponent casts a spell with a vocal component, on a bonus action, the jester can mock the sender's vocal component and send another of the same spell back to the caster with no materials required. Opponents who make the saving throw against the original spell attack take no damage. On a failed save, the opponent takes half damage. Savage Humiliation (new feature): whenever an opponent rolls a 1 on an attack, skill check, or saving throw, the jester responds with a 'oh, you were the man a minute ago' or similar humiliating insult as a reaction, causing 1d4+number of listeners within 30 feet, psychic damage. Does not work with opponents with an intelligence of 4 or lower.
6thn level: Raucous amusement (new feature): once per short rest, the jester can use an action to tell a 'yo momma's so fat' or similar insult joke. Anyone within 30 feet must make a wisdom saving throw or be prone and incapacitated for 2 rounds. Those who have heard the joke before and those with an intelligence less than 6 are immune. Comedic Observation (new feature): On a successful perception check, the jester makes a 'what's the deal with ariline food' or similar observational joke. Anyone within 30 feet adds the jester's proficiency bonus to all attack rolls, ability checks, initiative rolls, and saving throws for 1 round.
14th level: Flash of genius: like the artificer feature Plummet of the Anvil: Once per long rest, the jester can use an action to magically summon an anvil that will drop on an opponent's head. The height of the falling anvil is 10ft times the jester's spellcasting modifier. The anvil does 2d12 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet.
