I'm trying to decide who to model my Glamour bard after.
A Bowie in the streets but a Curry in the sheets!

David Bowie for sure. Maybe design him like Jareth from Labyrinth, a rapier wielding song slinging charismatic mastermind.
They are fey touched so I designed mine after Hozier :-)

Depends on which character are you going for on both David Bowie and Tim Curry.
You could always combine aspects of both, like charismatic presence of Jareth and the intelligent intensity of Dr. Frank-N-Further.
