hi everyone, what are your thoughts on the Bard in the primary healing role? Obviously not the game's most powerful, but if you found yourself in that situation how would you approach it? Given that healing = damage mitigation and is more than just Cure Wounds, I feel like there is potential I am not seeing right away.
You can mold the bard in anyway you want it might not be as good as the other classes in 1 thing but it has much more flexbility thanks to it magical secret and it subclasses.
The bard on itself has alot spell that control/disable/debuff the enemy and some healing spells. And thanks to magical secret you can grab any spell from any class and slap you CHA modifier on it. Find your bard lacking certain type of spells? go grab it from other classes :).
