Witchmaster Campaign go away. You know who you are.
Currently I’m playing a College of Eloquence Bard 5 /Hexblade (Yeah, I know) Warlock 2 who’s specialized in impersonating people to get what he wants. I’m using Silver Tongue and my expertise to get guaranteed 21s on my Deception and Persuasion, with Actor and Mask of Many Faces to gain people to mimic. I’ve taken Actor from Tasha’s Custom Lineage and Keen Mind at Bard 4. I also have a Ring of Mind Shielding (which is incredible for this type of build).
Currently my first plan is to interact with as many people (especially important leaders and various guards) and memorize their faces and voices through Keen Mind, occasionally refreshing my memory with a mirror and some speaking practice. This will allow me to keep a large “bank” of people to be at any given moment.
Does anyone have any suggestions for Spells, Magic Items, or especially strategy for me to pick up in the future?
Uhh ... honestly I think you're pretty good. The only thing you might want is Alter Self so that things that can see through illusions won't see your real face. At a certain point more numerical advantage just seems pointless and I think you've gotten there already.

Canto alla vita alla sua bellezza ad ogni sua ferita ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!
Definitely going to pick up Alter Self once I get a free spell known. Currently my second level spells are being taken up by Phantasmal Force, Detect Thoughts, and Suggestion.
Now that I think about it, do I really need Suggestion when I have that much Persuasion? Might switch it out next level.
I believe you are referring to Glamoured Studded Leather or a Hat of Disguise, but Disguise Self can cover my clothes-changing needs. I actually did get the option to get said studded leather, but I picked the ring over it.

I also believe there is a magical armor or cloak that you can change to appear as any garment. Quick change artist ...
