I am looking for a little advise and hope someone can point me in the right direction or just list the steps to achieve the task.

1. Is it possible to move characters assigned to a D&DBeyond campaign to another Campaign?
2. How to I move characters created in D&DBeyond for a specific campaign into a new campaign?

2. Remove it from the current campaign then join new campaign.

I see, so it needs to be done by the players and not the DM.

Correct. Though DMs can remove/kick characters from one campaign, they cant add them to the other.
