There's no way to change the extra spell granted by your affinity.
"In addition, choose an affinity for the source of your divine power: good, evil, law, chaos, or neutrality. You learn an additional spell based on that affinity, as shown below. It is a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against your number of sorcerer spells known. If you later replace this spell, you must replace it with a spell from the cleric spell list."
The aforementioned spell does not show up in the "Known Spells" list, and there is no way to change it, except by changing your affinity. (Which gives you another affinity spell) The rules clearly state you may change it to another Cleric Spell, but there's no way to do that.
We're moving our in person game to digital, and my character swapped out his Divine Magic spell for Guiding Bolt. I can't replicate that!
