I’m trying to make a tortle bard and the builder is freezing during class archetype selection. Once that happens I cannot do anything with the character. Even if I reload the site and open the character from the menu then I can’t get it to advance past the first screen.
I think you chose a College of Lore Bard or a Beast Master Ranger? If so this issue should be fixed. Let me know if you are still having this issue if you try it again.

I am using the site on an iOS phone.
