Purchased players handbook not working

Hello i have a masters subscription and purchased the players handbook some time ago, but my players are unable to access any of the content from it. Please assist 

• Check that your entitlements are in sync.
• Check that your subscription hasn't expired.
• Check that content sharing is turned on in the campaign these players are in.
  • Try turning it off then on again.
  • Check that these players are trying to access the content on characters that are in that campaign.
    • Though they should be able to read the PHB as long as they have a character in the campaign, even if they don't use PHB material on the character.
