I am trying to create a new character, and I type their name into the designated slot. The character name updates during the character creation menu. When I get to the character sheet, it shows my account name. I have gone back to edit the character several times and it keeps happening. I tried making two different characters and am having the same issue. How can I fix this? Thank you
Maybe I'm jumping the gun as it's only been 30 minutes, but no change. The character names are on my list of characters, just not when I view the character sheets.

It's probably just the server and your browser cache being out of sync. Leave it for 20 minutes and it should resync automatically.
