I recently bought the digital version of TCoE. Today, I noticed that the player bundle is on sale. I’d like to order it, but, when I look at it in my cart, the bundle is showing the price for everything, not deducting the price of TCoE. I would understand if the credit was $15 instead of $30, but no discount is showing at all. I did check the “this is not a gift” box, so I’m not sure what else to do. Am I missing something?
A frequent issue that pops up is that often times folks will unintentionally log in with the wrong account (as in NOT the account that made the purchase) so please ensure that you're logging in correctly.
I am seeing the same thing, and it does not seem to be a "wrong account" account problem. When on the details page for the bundle, it correctly shows the "Owned Content" check next to the one I already own, but it does not make any adjustment to the price when I add the bundle to my cart.

Same issue - i have two of the digital books but the discount is not coming up.
