Anyone experiencing issues when loading a character sheet? I can load everything just fine, except my (or another person's) characters. This issue has been going on for me since February 14th ~21:00 CET 2023, and it is still affecting me right now (February 15th 11:45 CET 2023).
The weird thing is, this issue only occurs on my computer. Whenever I try to load a character sheet on my laptop or via the mobile app, it loads just fine. I already checked if google chrome or my computer requires an update and if they did, they are up to date right now. Issue still persists.
This exact thing has been happening to me. It's very frustrating given that I can't access my characters for upcoming sessions. I hope they resolve this soon
For Firefox go up to the top of your browser, hit the Lock symbol then hit "Clear cookies and site data".
For chrome you should be able to do it by going to the top of your browser, hitting the lock symbol, hitting Site Settings, then one of the top options should be "Clear Data". Hopefully that works. If not go to the top of your browser, hit the three dots to open settings, go to history, and on the left should be Clear Browsing Data. Click that, ensure all of the checkboxes are clicked on the pop up, then hit clear data. You may need to increase the time range for this option before hitting clear data, some commenters mentioned 24 hours. I use Firefox, so I can't be sure.

You aren't the only one. I can't seem to load any character on the app or try to create a new one either. This is very frustrating.

I managed to fix this issue on desktop my clearing my browsing cache from the past 24 hours. After this it let me access my sheets again!

Me as well, although I am confused about the error code...it changes every time I refresh the page.
What good is an error code if it changes every time?!
EDIT:
Was able to restore functionality by clearing my history of all data for the last 24 hours, like someone posted above. If you haven't yet, try that.

I had the same issue and cleared my history for the last 24 hours and it worked. Seems to be the right solution.
