One of the nice features of Grave Clerics is they get "Spare the Dying" as a free Cantrip as part of "Circle of Mortality"
Circle of Mortality XGtE, pg. 20
You restore maximum possible HP on each dice (instead of rolling) with healing spells to a creature with 0 HP. You learn the spare the dying cantrip, can cast it as a bonus action, and it has a range of 30 ft.
Circle of Mortality: (No Action)
Spare the Dying(Cantrip)
However, when I create a Cleric with the Grave Domain, I do not get this cantrip and have to use one of my cantrip slots to add it in.
Is this a bug, or am I misreading things? When I select light domain I get the associated cantrip without it counting against my cantrips and it shows as "always prepared" so I would assume Grave Domain should work the same with Spare the Dying
They do get the cantrip for me. It's listed on the character sheet on the spells section with the feature name too. It doesn't show in the spells list in the builder as knowing it (the Light Domain doesn't either) - but it will show on the character sheet.
If it's really not showing on the character sheet then maybe you should link the character so a mod or someone can take a look. Perhaps the version you're using is Homebrew instead of official and it's been made wrong?

Thanks, it does. I could have sworn my light cleric has it show up on spell list as Always Prepared... Thanks Emmber
