Both your History and Intimidation bonuses are in blue, which means there has been a manual adjustment to those. If you click on those skills to pop out the sidebar, then expand the Customize menu near the top of the skill page, you should see what is causing the score adjustments and be able to remove it accordingly.
Edit: You may not notice these colors if you have dice rolling enabled on the character sheet. That is perhaps a separate issue for the DDB team to tackle: Showing non-proficiency based customizations while dice rolling is enabled.
I think I got it, I had a zero in the Skill override thinking that this would simply mean that I wasn't adding on top of anything. I didn't think this would remove my proficiency Bonus.
Am I seeing this correctly that for Half Orc Barbarian the Intimidation Proficiency Bonus isn't added to the character sheet ?
Character is 10 so +0 and Proficiency at lvl 9 is +4 yet the Intimidation score is 0
