I can't find my Van Rictan's preorder bonus and subscriber perks do you have any idea when I will get those I am in the central time zone of the US if that helps, thanks for all you do guys, I couldn't play D&D without you guys

The first thing to check is that your Entitlements are in sync, mine for example were not until I went to grab you this link: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace

Hi. I am having similar issues, I have made sure the entitlements are in sync and I still don't have access to it
