Player can't join with an unnasigned character

Hi, one of my players are unable to join with a character they made in the campaign on my computer, the character has been unassigned however they are unable to see the character when they try and join the campaign.

Just for clarity, was this the order of events?

The player created a character in your campaign, using your account;

The character was unassigned within the campaign;

The player used the campaign join link to join the campaign, and do not see the character as being available under Available Characters in Campaign?

Another note, by the way: "You can join by claiming an unassigned character if you have character slots available."

The issue is that the character isnt appearing for them yeah, it may be that they dont have a character slot available! thank you for the help :D x
