Why won't it let me have a custom image for my DnDBeyond Character sheet now? Even images that were already on my characters have gone and I can't re-upload them. All I get is a grey box now in editor and black on the viewable character sheet page. Click any of the names in my signature text below to see what I mean. I've tried with an image that is as small as 100x100 and 37kbs! Pls help?

Can you verify whether you attempted the upload on mobile or in a web browser?
I tried from both!

I'm having this problem too, it works on the device I upload it on, but not other ones. (And even then, it still sometimes doesn't work) Is there a known reason why this happens?
Sometimes the image shows up gray, other times it is replaced by an error.
