Sorry if this isnt the forum to ask, but i live in Argentina and pre-ordered Van Richten´s guide and i want to know the hour in wich hour would be available.

D&D Beyond does not give ETAs. If you follow the social media (and likely the front page of the site) it will be announced when it's ready.
