Player not visible in Campaign

My player is not showing up as active in my campaign. He has accepted my invite and his character sheet tells me that he is in the campaign and it is not set to private. What is happening here that I'm missing?

Do you have any extensions installed in your browser? If so can you please try disabling them and seeing if it still happens?
