So, being involuntarily logged out for whatever maintenance has made it impossible for me to log back in. Dealing with Twitch customer service is an actual nightmare, so of course when I try to send a password reset email to my linked address, I receive nothing in my inbox. I am now maxed out on reset email attempts with none ending up in my inbox (spam folder and everywhere else included). I have sent support tickets to both Beyond and Twitch, but haven't gotten anything back except for the confirmation emails. I've waited over a year to have my players around for an in-person game, along with sinking money into digital copies of already owned sourcebooks to support this company and give my players the best experience possible. Now that it is the weekend, I don't expect any response from the team here, which is disheartening. This is a very simple problem that I have seen a solution to in this same forum, yet here I am. Anyone have thoughts on a solution, or should I tell my friends to just go shove it?
