When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, unless that modifier is negative.
Negative modifier is not being applied on the character sheet.
I just tested this, and when I have a weapon customized to have Dual Wield checked, then it does apply the negative modifier. I can't see your sheet since it's private, but maybe it's finesse, meaning it'd use a higher DEX instead of STR; or else a +1 weapon, which always gets added to the damage roll so it'd be +1 dual-wield if the attack modifier isn't negative, and if your modifier is -1, it just cancels it out.

You're right. It's finesse based off DEX, not STR. Thank you!
