Long rest triggers the side panel console (line 7485) to perpetually loop and therefore crashes the page

[UPDATE] It would seem there were updates that were happening tonight to the site and it was broken for a time. Functional now however I'm hearing from others in the current session I'm running are also still having issues elsewhere on the site.
