No, its a glitch where if you are unsubbed you only get 6 characters, so they lock all your characters and it doesn't unlock automatically if you have less than 6 characters (I deleted a few)
My characters are locked after my sub expired. Only have 2 characters there. Any help would be great, thanks!
Could it be it was a character you created in a shared-content campaign you are no longer part of?
