I was trying to make a cleric but it was only giving me the option to have the Domain of Life. I paid for the monthly subscription and I thought that would unlock the rest of them but it did not. It keeps redirecting me to the marketplace.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to get the full worth of the character creator?
The subscription does not unlock any content by itself. The Master Tier subscription allows you to enable content sharing in a campaign where any content owned by anyone in that campaign gets shared with everyone else. If you don't have a campaign and want access beyond the content made free you will need to purchase it.

I thought the other Domains were always available. Are you saying that in order to get everything Is have to purchase the Players Guide, for example? If I did that does it unlock everything in the character creator?
You can purchase them as individual options too, and some of them are in other source books, but yes, you will need to purchase the other content as only certain ones were provided free in the Basic Rules, SRD, and other such sources.

One more thing, can you explain that benefit of the Master Tier a little more? Is it like if I have players and they didn't buy the Players Guide, if I did I could share the content with them?
