I downloaded the Zip File and when I went to open it it said, Windows Viewer can't open this picture because either the picture is deleted or it's in a location that isn't available. Please help I feel like I just gave you another $15.00 for nothing!!!

You probably need to extract the file first. Windows 7 (and above I assume) should be able to automatically extract it. My Android phone can extract them without issue too. I am not sure about Apple though, so you may need to look it up on Google or something to figure it out.
I need to know which map you're trying to download from the pack to be able to look into it. However from that screenshot it looks like something in your browser is messed up.
